Haryana Government has decided to approve 70 un-authorized colonies in Faridabad. This has triggered happiness to the residents of these colonies. It will be mandatory to get the house plans approved by MCF for the constrion.

The development charges in these colonies has been decided at Rs. 250/- per square meter. Earlier MCF requested government that the development charges should be fixed such that the money required for the development of these colonies should be generated from the development charges itself. But now it is believed that MCF has to bear the development burden.
